Money questions
Do guests pay?
No. Only the host buys the film size. Guests install Keeps, sign in, and shoot for free.
Is it a subscription?
No. Each film is a single purchase. There is nothing to cancel, and a free film never asks for a card.
Can I buy before the event?
Yes. Create the film with its start and end time whenever you like. The size you buy is the size the film is created at, and guests can join as soon as you share the invite.
What if more people show up?
Add a pack from the film’s settings. Packs add people to a film that already exists, up to 300 in total, and never touch anything already shot.
How do refunds work?
Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play, so refunds follow their policies and are requested from them.
